You can change your mind within these 60 days – just sign back into your account to cancel the closure. In your new account, check out the contact request from yourself. Now, choose your account from the search results and then select the Add to Contacts button. Select ‘Mark account for closure’, and your Microsoft account will be closed in 60 days. Now, in your old account, you have to search Skype name or email address of the account you wish to send contacts to. Select next, and then choose a reason for your departure from the list.
